School Closure Grab-and-Go Lunch Program

March 14, 2020

Dear Copley-Fairlawn Families,

During this unprecedented school closure, the Copley-Fairlawn City School District is committed to providing students, who receive free and/or reduced lunch, healthy lunches.  Therefore we are offering eligible students the ability to participate in a grab-and-go lunch program.

Participants in the grab-and-go lunch program will receive five packed lunches each week.  Families will pick up a week’s worth of lunches one day a week at Copley High School. The pick-up will be done in a drive-thru fashion.   For the health and safety of everyone, families are asked to pull into the main entrance driveway, lower the car window, and remain in their car while a Copley-Fairlawn staff member retrieves the student’s lunches.

All eligible families have been notified of the program via email and phone call.

Families who plan to participate in the grab-and-go lunch program, must complete the online Grab-and-Go sign up form by Sunday at 12:00 p.m. to be eligible for grab-and-go lunches for the week. Once a family has signed up, they will continue to receive lunches weekly. There is no need to sign up again.

This lunch program is seperate from the Copley-Fairlawn Cares Backpack program. For more information on the backpack program please contact Natalee Anderson (natalee.anderson@copley-fairlawn.org).
