ALL Copley-Fairlawn City School Parents and Guardians will now need to OPT IN for student transportation services.

In order to facilitate routing and planning for bus transportation, we ask that all parents/guardians fill out this transportation request if they need bus transportation for the upcoming school year. The information collected from this request will allow us to route more efficiently and provide the most up-to-date information on your student’s transportation needs.

This form must be completed each school year for all students who will be using transportation services, including new students and those who have previously used them. Please submit a separate form for each family member who will be utilizing transportation.

Copley-Fairlawn City Schools provides transportation to and from St. Hilary School. If you would like to sign up for transportation, please fill out the form linked below.

• If you have moved to a new residence, please contact our Board of Education and provide a new proof of residence. 
• If you have made changes to your babysitter or daycare location, please contact the Transportation Office (Requests must be for five days per week to the same address.) 
• Students are not permitted to ride buses they are not assigned to ride.  
• Please help ensure our students safety by stopping for buses with red flashing lights.
