Dear Copley-Fairlawn Families,

I want to take a moment to reflect on all that we have accomplished together and to thank you for the continued support that makes Copley-Fairlawn City Schools such a special place.

The first half of the school year has been filled with learning, growth, and celebration. From the excitement of fall athletics and performances to the meaningful learning happening in every classroom, I am so proud of what our students, staff, and families have achieved. None of this would be possible without the strength of our community, our parents, teachers, students, alumni, local businesses, and residents, who take such pride in our schools.

This fall has also brought exciting recognition for our district. U.S. News & World Report recently released its 2026 Best Schools Rankings, and Copley-Fairlawn City Schools received outstanding honors once again.

Rankings

These distinctions place all five schools among the top in the state and reflect the exceptional teaching, hard work, and collaboration that define our district.

In October, the Ohio Department of Education and Workforce released the 2025 District Report Card, and we are proud to share that Copley-Fairlawn City Schools earned 4 Stars and has Exceeded State Standards. Together, these recognitions showcase the remarkable learning happening in our classrooms each day and the shared commitment of our staff, students, and families.

I encourage you to keep an eye out for the release of our 2025 Quality Profile. This publication highlights the many ways our district continues to provide exceptional learning experiences—academically, artistically, and socially—for all students. It is a true reflection of our community’s pride and our ongoing pursuit of excellence.

Thank you for your partnership, your support, and the countless ways you help make Copley-Fairlawn a place where every student can “Learn Today, Lead Tomorrow.” Wishing you and your families a joyful holiday season and a happy, healthy new year.

Warm Regards,

Aimee Script
