Please mark your calendars with these dates so you and your student(s) can plan on attending the 2024 – 2025 band concerts. Concerts are MANDATORY for ALL band members. The band staff met with the principals, athletic department, and other staff members about the concert schedule. There should be no school conflicts on concert days – yay!

Unexcused absences from concerts result in an automatic zero. 

Band members – do NOT miss a concert!

Jazz Band and Steel Drum Band

These after-school enrichment ensembles are offered to students in 7th and 8th grade (with a few 6th grade exceptions). 

Rehearsals for the 2024 - 2025 school year will begin on November 14th and will occur weekly (on Thursdays). Jazz Band will be from 3:15pm - 4:15. Steel Drum Band will be from 4:20pm - 5:20pm. Our Jazz/Steel Bands will perform at the MIOSM Concert. Rehearsals will conclude at this time.

It's going to be another great year of after-school ensembles!
