Last weekend the Copley Science Olympiad Team attended Solon Invitational! This invitational gathered national champions from across the country and we had many learning opportunities throughout the day.
The team placed in the top ten in the following events:
Ping Pong Parachute: 8th Place Eric Luster and Harrison Rothschild
Mission Possible: 3rd Place Brad Chambers and Jonah Rothschild
Mousetrap Vehicle: 10th Sarah Lawrence and Grace Lancianese,
Write it Do it: 3rd Place Julia Nielson and Hannah Roush 5th Place Rainy Martin and Mia Januszewski
Great Job!! As we move forward, we will begin to focus on the Akron Regional Competition in March. Mentor is only two weeks away and we will use this invitational as our practice!
