Fort Island Families,

I would formally like to introduce myself to all students, staff, and families in the Fort Island Primary School community. For the past twelve years, I have worked in various roles in the Copley-Fairlawn City School district. From teacher to administrator, and what seems to be everything in between, I have enjoyed every minute spent in this district, watching our students grow emotionally and academically. I am thrilled to continue the legacy built over the years to make Fort Island an exceptional school.

Regardless of my role in the Copley-Fairlawn City School District, my mission is to put children first and care for them daily. In doing this, I emphasize relationships, trust, and communication significantly. I genuinely believe in an "open-door policy"  and welcome students, staff, and parents to drop in anytime or reach out via email at brian.falhamer@copley-fairlawn.org.
