  • Copley-Fairlawn City School District to Conduct Phone and Online Survey on Facilities

The Copley-Fairlawn City School District will be conducting a phone survey of randomly selected registered voters beginning the week of Nov. 26. The survey will focus on facility needs for the district. The Copley-Fairlawn City School District Board of Education is considering two potential facilities projects.

The first is to consolidate the three elementary buildings into one elementary school for the district in an effort to reduce operational costs and enhance the learning environment for students. The second project is to build a new athletic stadium that would include new stands, field, track and field house to better accommodate the community, youth sports, track and field, soccer and football.

The brief survey will consist of 11 questions. The goal is to gauge perceptions on the current facilities and understand what facilities projects the community may support. An online poll is also available by clicking "Learn More" below for those who did not have a chance to participate in the phone poll.
