Dear Families and Community Members,

Welcome to the 2011-2012 school year.  Our staff has been busy this summer preparing the buildings and classrooms for the 3,400 students we serve.  We are eager to start another school year and look forward to continuing our partnership with you.  

I am pleased to share that our school district will once again be rated “Excellent” by the Ohio Department of Education.  We met all 26 of 26 indicators on the state report card and achieved a Performance Index Rating of 103.9.  This is the sixth year in a row we have received the “Excellent” rating.   

I invite you to set up an appointment to visit our schools and see the many outstanding opportunities provided by our excellent teachers and caring support staff.  We work diligently each day to achieve our mission of maximizing the academic and personal development of each student.
