The Stuart Tolle Tree
In early Fall 2010, the 8th grade CFMS football team dedicated a tree in memory of Coach Stuart Tolle. The tree was planted on route to the practice field, in hopes of providing years of shade for future teams to come.
Speaking at the dedication was Doug Harig (shown in the photo), who shared with the young players some of Coach Tolle's widsom, humor and philosophy of life itself.
The base of the tree bears a plaque inscribed with Tolles' now somewhat famous words: "You're either tough or you're not."
