Below are also a few notes regarding printing to the district copiers.
Print driver installation is only possible from within the district.
You will be prompted to enter a Document Name and PIN when printing a document. The PIN number defaults to 1234, however, you may change it to any value you wish. The PIN number selected during printing will be required to release your document at the copy machine. It is recommended to use the same PIN number for printing that was assigned to you at the building level for copier use.
Documents sent to the copier will not print until they have been released. Documents can be released at the copier only by selecting the Secured Print icon on the copier's control panel. After selection Secured Print, pending print jobs will then display on the screen and may be released with the PIN Number selected during the printing process.
All jobs printed to the copy machine will default to double-sided output. If other print styles are required (single-sided, booklet, etc...), you may change this setting during the document printing process.
Print jobs are automatically deleted from the copy machine if they are not released within 12 hours.
You may delete the printer drivers installed for the previous toshiba copiers by selecting the printers option from the start menu, right clicking the copier you wish to delete and selecting delete or remove device.
In addition to printing, the building copiers also have the capability to scan and email. Please check with a member of your building's office staff for more information on this feature.
